I am pleased to announce that Tommy Fannon has accepted the position of
Florida State Chairman for the UPA. We are excited about this addition and look
forward to working with Tommy and his crew in the Florida area. Tommy brings
with him a great deal of experience and a strong passion for the sport that will be

The UPA is pleased to announce the addition of Gary Reichert to the list of UPA
State Chairs. Gary has accepted the position for the state of Wisconsin and is
eager to represent the UPA in that area. We look forward to Gary's first contest and
wish him well in his new position.

The UPA is happy to announce that Bill Crawford, of Metal Militia, has accepted the
position of New York State Chairman for the UPA. Bill brings with him a wealth of
knowledge from a meet promotion standpoint as well as many years of high level
competition experience. As the promoter of several great meets a year in the
upstate New York area Bill is a great addition to the UPA. The first UPA sanctioned
event hosted by Bill will be May 3rd at the Fort William Henry Resort in Lake
George, New York. UPA Vice President Bill Carpenter and I will be in attendance to
support this event.

I am pleased to announce that AJ Roberts, the former Washington State
Chairman, has relocated to Kentucky in the recent past and has elected to
continue being a part of the UPA team and assume the position of Kentucky State
Chair. We look forward to being represented in Kentucky by AJ and wish himj all
